Ice Cream Production
The process starts with a thorough quality control when choosing ingredients. Riccardo finds some of them in Sweden, known for its high quality milk, cream and fruit. Others come from Italy, known for its Hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios, or Belgium, known for its chocolate grown in Africa, or France, known for its vanilla produced in Papua New Guinea.
The ice cream is then made on Möllegård by Riccardo in a small production unit following strict sanitary regulations. The process has been awarded the environmental health inspection office's highest grade on inspection. We are very proud of this and constantly care for this matter during production.
